Christa Kaufmann

Christa KaufmannChrista is an innovative, senior executive and international consultant with a successful background in program development and public relations for major non-profit organizations. She is particularly adept at cultivating interest and securing involvement in many worthy causes. She has traveled widely, and is fluent in German, and has a good understanding of French.

She is an accomplished and passionate photographer, but above all, she is the mother of five successful adult children, eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her interests also include philosophy, art, politics, hang-gliding, and above all, living life, and exploring the mystery of consciousness. Christa resides in San Rafael, California.

Doug Murray

Doug MurrayDoug has been writing and producing professionally for more than two decades. He has worked for diverse journalistic outlets such as the CBC News, Global Television, CTV and Shaw Media. His efforts have earned him accolades across the globe, and he has won several highly-coveted Promax awards for his work.  He is also an accomplished field producer, director, and researcher.

He is a member of the Lonely Planet guidebook authors group and his feature stories and photographs have been featured in dozens of publications and several books worldwide including the Toronto Star, South China Morning Post, Philadelphia Inquirer and many, many more.  These accomplishments led him to Ghana, West Africa where he provided his skill as a journalism trainer with the organization Journalists For Human Rights, working one-on-one with local reporters helping them build sustainable skills in telling their own stories.

He currently divides his time between Guatemala, where he’s working on a book about his travels to more than 50 countries, and Vancouver, British Columbia, where he’s presently producing marketing content for CBC Television.

Randolph Eustace-Walden

Randolph Eustace-WaldenRandy has over 35 years’ experience in media as a documentarian, writer, book author, journalist, producer, director, historical researcher, photographer, transmedia consultant, web developer and teacher. With a successful history in creating original non-fiction programming, Randy’s talents provide leadership and focus in helping to bring compelling visual and written stories to audiences around the world. His media disciplines include television, film, photography, radio, online, print and books.

His diverse creative career is highlighted with several honors, including two Emmy® nominations as a writer and producer, and a journalism award. His new biography is entitled, “Aloha Wanderwell: The Border Smashing, Record-Setting Life of the World’s Youngest Explorer”. He lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Matthew Hornor

Matthew HornorMatthew Hornor (Executive Vice President – International Legal & Business Affairs) and Managing Director of Ivanhoe Capital Corporation and GMM.

Mr. Hornor holds senior management positions with several Ivanhoe Capital affiliated companies. and has extensive experience with natural resource projects in Africa. Mr. Hornor served as a Senior Associate with the international law firm, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP in Tokyo, Japan. He is a U.S.-trained and licensed Attorney.

Mr. Hornor is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.A., East Asian Languages and Culture (Japanese), minor in Economics and holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. He received two Japanese Ministry of Education (Mombusho) fellowships and completed graduate and post-graduate work at Tohoku University in Sendai and at Tokyo University in Law and Economics.

Matthew is Christa’s son, and resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.
